Worship and Music Department

The Worship and Music Department works closely with the Minister and the music director, as necessary, to see that the worship services (whether regular or special ones) glorify God and lift up the people of God. Goals include striving to enhance the worship service experience through a variety of music and liturgy and using the worship space effectively. This involves all aspects of the physical space of the sanctuary, the musical instruments and the decorations.  It is also responsible for the coordination of ushers and greeters. It arranges for the service of communion at worship services.

The Visual Enhancement Team is a subcommittee which provides all of the beautiful seasonal decorations for holidays and special events in the sanctuary and other areas of the church.
